I bought 2 sets of 10, that is, 20 bags. The 20 sets of pencils and the 20 bags arrived. They are really cute! They are a bit small, but I will use them for birthday surprises, so they are very good. Two sets came with 10 bags each, and most of the designs are repeated in both sets. Very cute designs. I bought them with coins, so they were at an excellent price.
